OUROBOUROS: Tissue Paper Flowers : Valentines Day →
ourobouros: Take 5-7” cut tissue paper and fold them accordion style. Tie the middle of accordions with a bit of floral wire/or string (whatever). Before ruffling the ends of the paper, be sure to cut and create grooves so the petals can really stand out. Fold and crinkle to create the desired… MUST DO!!!

Does anybody know any cheap way of sending small...
The only delivery service I know is LBC,and they charge P140 for small packets. I was wondering if there are other ways of sending small packages (like a pair of earrings or a keychain) that are cheaper. Preferably here in the Philippines. : )
