OUROBOUROS: Tissue Paper Flowers : Valentines Day

Take 5-7” cut tissue paper and fold them accordion style. Tie the middle of accordions with a bit of floral wire/or string (whatever).

Before ruffling the ends of the paper, be sure to cut and create grooves so the petals can really stand out. Fold and crinkle to create the desired…
